Emily Webb
Emily V. Webb currently serves as Special Assistant and Policy Liaison. Prior to joining the McDonnell administration in January 2010, Emily served as Deputy Director at Virginia21, a non-profit youth advocacy organization in Richmond that involves young people across the Commonwealth in the political process by providing information, spotlighting policy, promoting active citizenship, and voter registration with a non-partisan agenda. Additionally, Emily was a member of the McDonnell transition team and gubernatorial campaign.
Emily received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech. While at Virginia Tech, Emily served as Director of Government Relations for the Student Government Association and was a member of Hokies United and Chi Delta Alpha sorority. Emily is a 2007 graduate of the University of Virginia’s Sorensen Institute of Political Leadership. She has served as an intern for Congressman Eric Cantor and Former Senator John Warner.
