College Tuition FAQs

What is the Virginia College SavingsPlan?

The Virginia College Savings Plan includes two programs:  the Virginia Education Savings Trust (VEST) and the Virginia Prepaid Tuition Plan (VPEP), which allow parents to pre-pay the cost of college tuition and guarantee today's prices for the future education of their children.

For more information about these programs, visit the Virginia College Savings Plan Web site.

Are there scholarships or tuition assistance programs for my college-bound child?

Absolutely! Please visit the SCHEV site (State Council for Higher Education in Virginia) for helpful information about preparing you and your child for college -- including financial aid information.
